We are excited to offer a new training experience at The RAC this Spring, Strength and Agility Training with Ryan Van Diest. It will be a 4 week training series with 3 sessions a week. Mondays, Tuesdays, and Wednesdays 5:30-6:30 at The RAC. For ages 8 -22.
April 24, 25, 26 – May 1, 2, 3 – May 8. 9. 10 – May 15, 16, 17
This opportunity focuses on speed development, quick twitch ignition, explosiveness, plyometrics, and high-intensity training for all sports. Competition and hard work are guaranteed.
